I wish I had taken my own picture of David Chang's clay-pot miso chicken before we devoured it, but it was too good to wait. A perfect braise for a rainy day. From my well worn copy of Gourmet's October 2007 issue.
And you are seriously tempting me, drawing me to your fine city. There are far too many temptations there for me to even begin to fathom... hmmmm.
