ramen talk + travel tips

dearest s,
WEIRD!! i was just talking ramen yesterday with some friends and of course momofuku came into the conversation as david chang does a ramen made with berkshire pork. it's quite delicious, but i just have a hard time paying $14 for a bowl of ramen. my favourite ramen spot here in nyc is right around the corner from there and is called rai rai ken. simple, yummy and cheap. we can test out both when you are here. also, found you a ny travel tip guide and the other two i picked up in a thrift store in capetown just for their covers. definitely going to try this miso chicken recipe ...where did you get your burdock root and mustard greens? chinatown? o x j
