bomba

i love the weber paella -
there are some great recipes in the moro cookbook,
which i hauled up to savary with a big bag of bomba rice last year
so i could paella with fresh clams and prawns plucked off the beach
(well, the prawns aren't plucked off the sand exactly, but you get the idea...)
