all you need is one of these weber bbq's and this recipe.
mind you we had this last night at a friends place and they did it on a gas bbq. either works as long as the paella pan is covered.
also this recipe says for 8 people but i find it works for 10 - 12 easily.
a great dish for a crowd ...just add salad, wine and laughter.
maybe we could make for our new friends post performance in sao paulo?
