dan

savoury,

last night i had the pleasure of dining here. so many delicious things including a dish composed of octopus from BC and Japan, halibut tempura which was so light and fresh, melt in your mouth toro, a yummy scallop and radish salad and their signature tuna chili sashimi.

finishing our meal at the bar we chatted about shochu with the owner ken and his wife and concluded that 'dan' which means warmth filled us with exactly that.
