i have been enjoying refreshing dog walks in the UBC woods
with the beautiful Sadie
and although she can't keep up the pace of her 9 year old son Charlie, it is still
hard to believe she is 15 years old.
isn't she lovely?

care for a walk in the woods sometime soon?
it may be the only cool place to hide out during the heat wave this week.
