rhubarb vodka

i so enjoyed the last of the tipple the other night, and thought i should share the recipe so we can stock up for next year:
rhubarb vodka

600 g fresh rhubarb, chopped
300 g sugar
1 litre vodka

put everything into a big jar. shake well. slip into a dark cupboard, shaking once a week. after six weeks, strain.

i know, super complicated. but i think we can handle it.
i like it straight up, but soda and lime work too.
