i was looking for quince blossoms tonight for a little project i'm working on, when i discovered march is national noodle month! did you know this???
i will for certain be heading to kintaro (care to join p?), followed by lin's and my beloved bowl of noodles with pork and pickled greens (e?).
(and here's where i found the noodle month tip. their list of spots in la includes din tai fung and a peruvian place i'd be curious to try.)
